zomg first day of work!
All right, I should first make this clear since at least some people are a bit worried [eh?] about me. I’m Fine. At least now I am. I talked it out with a friend, and I’m feeling much better now. No more moping around for me. Now, on to more pressing matters!
So life has been boring as of yet [pressing matters, no?]. I filmed Scene 2 of Phuc’s movie on Thursday. Adam can’t pour out of a bottle or something. Then I went to Graduation. That was fun. I helped bring the flowers up to the concession stand and I sold water with some other friends. I did catch a glimpse of most, if not all, of my senior friends getting their diploma. However, we [the helpers] didn’t really feel like standing around and doing nothing. So we went back to the Gym to prepare and help for NHS [so we missed all the speeches and the sadness :(]. When we got there, we just lounged about [gorogoromashita for the Japanese speakers :D] and talked. Near the end of lounging about, I talked to my teacher who I helped. It was Mr. Nickerson. So I helped, said congratulations to people, got hugs from random peoples, then left.
On Friday, I had my English final which was meh. I actually wrote until like 5 minutes from the bell which I didn’t expect. I got The Great Gatsby for my book question. I failed that one :( After school, a group of friends went to Ruby Tuesday. That was fun. I got my buffulo bleu chicken burger which kepted DRIPPING. Rawr. After we finished eating and talking, Josh and I got dropped off at my house. We started writing our movie script which we better do! It sounds good so far. Later, Phuc came, then Courtney. Phuc, Courtney, and I went over our Scene 1 lines. And everyone complained at how bad of a pet owner I am >_> I SWEAR I will be giving them a fish tank! PICS OR IT’S NOT REAL?! I’ll have those pics! Anyway. Courtney left after an hour, which was fine. Everyone had to leave at around 5-ish, so we just chilled until the time came.
So Phuc and I left for the Kung Fu school. We got there at around 5:05, waited for 10 minutes, got a text from Bryan that he’ll be late. So Phuc and I got some Burger King real quick. We finished up and about 10 minutes later, Bryan came. So we warmed up as usual and we all got hot. Sooo we did some drills instead of sparring. I got a different kind of drilling D: They were doing target drills. I… I had to practice a kick for the movie :/ It took me a while, but I got the hang of it. For those with any knowledge of martial arts… while in a stance where the left foot is in front, it’s a sort of sweeping kick with the right leg, small jump with the left leg while the left legs does a higher sweeping kick to a possible target behind you. Yeah. I’m not good with jump kicks so that was a bother :D Another kick I have to do for the movie is a Butterfly Kick. Chance wanted to learn this, which is where I even know what it looks like. Yeah, I can’t do this >_> So we just did that until 7:45. Then we left woo.
Nothing really happened when I came home, so we’ll just leave it at that. I have work until 7, and I’ll be sleeping at my sister’s house so she can drop me off at work the next day at 9. If I can, I’ll try and post my IToW for this week since I did find a few interesting things. I’ll also get the new turtle tank ready and take pictures of that :P
